Deadline to Submit Poster Abstracts for Consideration: April 28, 2021

Poster abstracts submission should include the following sections with headers:

  • Title,
  • Authors,
  • Purpose,
  • Methods,
  • Results,
  • Conclusion

All abstracts will be reviewed by the organizing committee prior approval. If approved, please see instructions for your poster presentation.

Virtual Poster Presentation:

Poster Presentation with Powerpoint Slides in a video MP4 file - you can create a few powerpoint slides for your poster, then record yourself presenting the slides and create an MP4 file or PPT with audio. The recording should be 5' long.Your recording will be played during the breaks/poster session.

This year's Applied Pharmaceutical Toxicology conference will include a poster session, and attendees are invited to submit poster abstracts for consideration.  Due to space constraints, not all posters can be accommodated.  Please note, posters topics are not limited to topics covered in the APT 2020 workshops, but must be relevant to an applied pharmaceutical toxicology audience.

The organizing committees will review all poster abstracts received prior to the deadline and will notify presenters of their poster's approval as soon as possible, but not later than May 7th, 2020.

Poster Guidelines:

  • Abstracts should include the following sections with headers: Purpose, Methods, Results, Conclusions.
  • All abstracts will be reviewed by the organizing committee prior to approval.
  • Posters should fit within a 32" x 40" wide space.
  • Poster authors may set up their posters on Tuesday, May 12th time to be announced.
  • Poster presenters will be expected to stand with their posters to answer questions during a dedicated poster session.
  • It's the author's responsibility to remove their posters and all other materials.
