APA 2021 POSTER SESSION
Deadline to Submit Poster Abstracts for Consideration: September 30, 2021 Closed!
Poster abstracts submission should include the following sections with headers:
- Title,
- Authors,
- Purpose,
- Methods,
- Results,
- Conclusion
All abstracts will be reviewed by the organizing committee prior approval. If approved, please see instructions for your poster presentation.
Virtual Poster Presentation:
Poster Presentation with Powerpoint Slides in a video MP4 file - you can create a few powerpoint slides for your poster, then record yourself presenting the slides and create an MP4 file or PPT with audio. The recording should be 5' long.Your recording will be played during the breaks/poster session.

APA 2020 will again have formal Poster Sessions on Monday, October 12th and Tuesday, October 13th prior to the evening receptions. Poster presenters will be expected to stand with their posters to answer questions and stimulate discussion. The organizing committee will receive and review all poster submissions. After submission, poster abstracts will be reviewed by the relevant organizing committee(s). Participants will be informed of the committee's decision in a timely fashion, usually within 3-5 business days.
The Applied Pharmaceutical Analysis (APA) workshop strongly encourages posters. The majority of posters submitted to APA by attendees registering at regular rates (eg. Pharmaceutical Industry employees, government agency employees, and academics) will have their abstracts accepted.
Poster Contest: The most Outstanding Poster Presenter in each functional area (ie., Regulated Bioanalysis,Discovery, ADME) will receive:
Recognition for Outstanding Poster & Free Registration to APA 2021. Posters will be judged by the organizers.
Poster Guidelines:
- Abstracts should include the following sections with headers: Title, Authors, Purpose, Methods, Results, Conclusions.
- All abstracts will be reviewed by the organizing committee prior to approval.
- Posters should fit within a 4' tall x 6' wide space.
- Poster authors may set up their posters during the morning break on Monday, October 12th.
- Poster presenters will be expected to stand with their posters to answer questions during the dedicated poster sessions that will take place on Monday the 12th and Tuesday the 13th prior to the evening receptions.
- It's the author's responsibility to remove their posters and all other materials. All posters must be removed immediately after the evening reception on Tuesday, October 13th.
