*This rate is for software vendors, consultants, CRO's, and instrumentation companies who have a commercial interest in the meeting. It does not apply to FDA, pharmaceutical, or academic scientists, who are invited to register at the Society Rate.
The "Society Rate" is available for Pharmaceutical Scientists, Academics, and employees of the US FDA or other government agencies. No membership fee is required. However, this rate is not intended for attendees with a commercial interest in attending the meeting - your institutional affiliation may be reviewed if you elect to register with the Society Rate.
The "Affiliate Rate" is available for employees of CROs and Instrument Companies, and for Vendors, Consultants or other attendees with a commercial interest in the meeting.
The "Sponsor Rate" is for sponsors who have signed a sponsor contract and wish to register more guests than their free registration allotment allows.

REFUNDS, SUBSTITUTIONS AND TRANSFERS
Should you need to change your plans to attend APA, there are multiple options available. You may:
- Transfer your registration to next year's APA conference
- Substitute another colleague from your company or organization in your place
- Request a refund of your conference fee. Due to our planning deadlines and costs, this option is unavailable within 30 days of the meeting.
